    Wesley McClure, II

    Wesley McClure is a faith-rooted social entrepreneur and community leader dedicated to transforming the lives of youth, families, and returning citizens. He leads a team of men who mentor and guide young people at the Cheltenham Youth Detention Center (CYDC), focusing on restoration, dignity, and long-term healing. Wesley has served on multiple mission teams in Ghana, New Orleans, and Lake Charles, helping rebuild homes and communities devastated by hurricanes Katrina, Andrew, and Hurricane Laura. His work in Prince George’s County includes consulting for the County Executive’s Transition Team on reentry and returning citizens, where he helped design innovative methods to reduce recidivism and strengthen community reintegration. With an analytical background in data science, he applies advanced tools to examine the root causes of recidivism and shape evidence-based solutions. Wesley’s career also reflects a strong entrepreneurial record, having founded and led a company that grew to more than 200 employees with offices across the country. He has built programmatic, operational, and marketing infrastructures within organizations, always with a focus on community uplift and sustainable impact. Bringing together ministry, analytics, and leadership, Wesley is committed to helping individuals and communities move from surviving to thriving.

Data Science Social Impact Programming Certification (CADSA); Master’s in Electrical Engineering (Data Analytics); Doctor of Ministry Candidate, Wesley Theological Seminary (specialization in Family, Youth, and Community Formation).
