Rooted in the truth echoed by Frederick Douglass—that it is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men—we commit ourselves to forming men who can break generational cycles rather than embody them. Through mentoring, discipline, faith formation, and brotherhood, we help men reclaim the character, purpose, and resilience necessary to lead well.
