Mission Statement
FORGEnet exists to build strong men, strong families, and strong communities by restoring the social compact through a Christian vision of dignity, covenant, and mutual responsibility. Rooted in the truth echoed by Frederick Douglass—that it is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men—we commit ourselves to forming men who can break generational cycles rather than embody them. Through mentoring, discipline, faith formation, and brotherhood, we help men reclaim the character, purpose, and resilience necessary to lead well.
At the same time, we combine this Christian ethic with contemporary analytics—using data, evidence-based practices, and measurable outcomes to ensure that our work is accountable, effective, and transformative. By uniting spiritual formation with modern insight, FORGEnet creates a pathway where men are shaped, not shamed; restored, not discarded; empowered, not forgotten. Our mission is to forge men who live with integrity, serve with humility, and strengthen the world around them.
